1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Roskins.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Roskins.com is an online marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of digital items between consumers and sellers. We provide a platform for these transactions and charge fees for selling as outlined below.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

4. Fees and Payments

• Sellers: Roskins.com charges a percentage-based fee for each sale. Premium accounts incur a lower percentage fee compared to non-premium accounts.
• Buyers: A service fee is included in the listing price and will be charged at checkout.

5. Buyer Chargebacks and Bans

Initiating a chargeback as a buyer will result in a permanent ban from Roskins.com. We take this policy seriously to maintain a fair and safe marketplace for all users.

6. Seller Responsibilities

• KYC Requirement: Sellers who reach $9,999 in sales must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• Liability: As a seller, you are liable for any chargebacks processed through Stripe or PayPal. Chargebacks are not possible for cryptocurrency transactions.

7. Delivery and Liability

Once a digital item is delivered to the buyer, Roskins.com and the seller are no longer liable for any claims related to that transaction. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the item upon delivery.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any attempts to manipulate or "scheme" the system will result in the immediate termination of your account and access to Roskins.com. We encourage users to report any discovered bugs or issues to us.

9. Bot Account Deletion

If the bot storage account being used to hold your item(s) is deleted for any reason, Roskins.com is not liable for any items or associated funds. Items held in the deleted account will not be refunded to the seller.

10. Inactivity Fee

If your Roskins.com account holds a positive balance, an inactivity fee of $5 USD will be charged every 30 days if your account remains inactive. This fee will continue to be charged until your Roskins.com balance reaches zero. The inactivity fee is non-refundable.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of Roskins.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our platform, you consent to our privacy practices.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevis. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of Roskins.com shall be governed by the laws of Nevis.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and without notice, in accordance with these Terms.

14. Amendments

Roskins.com may amend these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of Roskins.com following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
