Orders and checkout
How can I pay?
With your RoSkins balance (top it up with crypto or a gift card), PayPal or card.
Are there fees?
A 5% service fee on the item price, plus the processor's fee on card and PayPal. Checkout itemises everything before you pay.
Do I need an account?
No. Guests pay by card with just an email. Sign in to pay with balance or PayPal and keep your orders in one place.
Which Roblox account receives the items?
The one you pick at checkout, locked in before you pay. To change it, restart delivery from the trade page if you paid with balance, or message support.
Getting your items
How are items delivered?
By in-game trade. Open your order, press Start and send our bot a friend request on Roblox. When it's your turn, join the server from the link on the page and accept the bot's trade. There's no deadline: start whenever you're in the game, and press Retry if a session drops.
How long does delivery take?
Bots serve one trade at a time, so you may wait in line. The trade page shows your place and an estimate. The last seven days, from Start to the trade closing:
Can I trade the items on afterwards?
Yes. They're ordinary tradeable items in your inventory.
Safety and refunds
What if my items can't be delivered?
You get your money back. See the refund policy.
Will RoSkins ever ask for my Roblox password?
Never, nor for a login link or verification code. If anyone asks in our name, message support.
Selling
How do I sell?
Trade your items to one of our bots in-game and set a price. The guide walks you through it.
When do I get paid?
When the buyer's delivery completes, the sale credits your balance after a short hold, minus our 10% seller fee. Withdraw in crypto any time (minimum $5, 1.5% fee).
