Orders and checkout
How can I pay?
Use your RoSkins balance (top it up with crypto or a gift card), or pay directly with PayPal or a credit card. Checking out as a guest? That's card only. Sign in to pay with balance or PayPal.
Are there fees?
We add a 5% service fee to the item price. Card and PayPal payments also carry the processor's fee, balance payments don't. You'll see everything itemised at checkout before you pay.
Do I need an account?
Nope. You can buy as a guest with just an email so we can reach you about your order. An account keeps your orders, balance and inventory together and lets you pay with balance or PayPal.
Which Roblox account receives the items?
The one you pick at checkout. We lock delivery to it before you pay, so our bots never trade to anyone else. Paid with balance? You can restart delivery to a different account from the trade page. For card and PayPal orders, just message support and we'll sort it.
Getting your items
How are items delivered?
In-game, by trade. Once your payment is confirmed, open the order and hit Start. Send our bot a friend request on Roblox (it accepts automatically), then wait for your turn in line. When the bot is ready, a join link appears on the page. Join that server and the bot sends you a trade request in-game. Accept it and your items are yours. Some games ask you to press a button on the page first, and the page tells you when.
How long does delivery take?
Our bots serve one trade at a time, so you might wait in line for a moment. The trade page shows your place and an estimate. Here's how it's been going, measured across every delivery in the last seven days, from pressing Start to the trade closing:
What if I'm not ready to trade right away?
No rush. We hold your items for you, with no deadline. Start the delivery whenever you're in the game, and hit Retry if a session drops.
Can I trade the items on afterwards?
Yes! They arrive through a normal in-game trade, so they're ordinary tradeable items in your inventory.
Safety and refunds
What if my items can't be delivered?
You get your money back. The refund policy covers when refunds apply, how to get one and where the money goes.
Will RoSkins ever ask for my Roblox password?
Never. Delivery is a normal in-game trade, so nothing on RoSkins needs your password, a login link or a verification code. If anyone asks for one in our name, stop and message support.
Selling
How do I sell?
Trade your items to one of our bots in-game, set a price, and they're listed. The guide walks you through it.
When do I get paid?
As soon as the buyer's delivery completes, the sale credits your balance after a short hold. Withdraw in crypto whenever you like (minimum $5, 1.5% fee). We take a 10% seller fee on each sale.
