Refund policy
If we can't deliver your items, you get your money back.
When you get a refund
Your items can't be delivered: the item is out of stock, or the trade was aborted. If only part of your order arrives, you keep what was delivered and the rest is refunded.
When you don't
Once a trade completes it's final. Roblox trades can't be reversed. Slow delivery isn't a failed delivery: hit Retry on the trade page, or message support.
How to get one
When a delivery fails for good, a Cancel & refund button appears on the trade page. Press it and the refund runs on its own. Anything else, message support with your order number.
Where the money goes
Balance and card payments come back to your RoSkins balance. PayPal payments go back to your PayPal account and can take a few days to show. If nothing is delivered, fees come back too.
Fair use
We may decline a refund where we believe this policy is being abused.
